| DBK DIGITAL AUTOMATIC DISPENSER is designed
for accurate & repeat delivery of set volume of liquid. It can
be set to deliver over a wide range of volume from a fraction of ml
up to 50ml. This instrument can be used for filling of ampoules &
vials with pharmaceutical products & for many other requirements
in modern pharmaceutical industry, bacteriological & microbiological
laboratories, hospitals, food, dairy & beverage industry. The instrument sucks the liquid to be filled by a glass syringe & deliver it under positive pressure through stainless steel non-return valve assembly. The complete assembly consisting of glass syringe, S. S. valve assembly, suction & discharge tubes which can be sterilised permitting sterile filling. Mounting or dismounting of this assembly is very easy with the help of thumbscrews. The volume to be delivered can be adjusted by a micrometer cam. A powerful variable speed geared motor is used to drive the cam. The syringe is protected against the strains by the use of swivel joints. The speed of the filling is variable & usually depend upon the quantity to be delivered & the viscosity of liquid. Digital counter is provided to indicate the no. of fillings. Counter can be reset to 0 by Reset switch. This instrument permits the filling to be operated from the foot switch for a single discharge. |
